Humberto Ask is - through his pedigree - very intersting for the Danish breeders.

He is the only approved son of Cornet Obolensky in Denmark - this stallion is the father of three out of the top four placed horses in this years World Cup final.
The World Cup final 2016, who took place in Gothenburg, was won by Steve Guerdat with Corbinian. Number three ws Daniel Deusser with Cornet d'Amour and Marcus Ehning came fourth with Cornado NRW. All three horses are offspring by Cornet Obolensky.

On the dam line of Humberto Ask you'll find the soughtafter sires Lazio, Chin Chin and Voltaire.
Lazio was an impressive winner of all classes at the German Bundeschampionatet 2005 in Warendorf, as he was five years old. Lazio is out of the successful Holsteiner dam line 730b, who also contents the approved sires Lancer, Cor de la Bryere, Silvester and Raimond.

Chin Chin had an impressive jumping career himself. In 1988 he won five World Cup qualifications in a row in North America, and he was placed 6th individually at the Seoul Olympics. Four years later he participated in the Barcelona Olympics. In 1990 Chin Chin was strting in the first edition of the World Equestrian Games in Stockholm.

Voltaire also competed internationally for several years. In 1989 he finished his career winning the Grand Prix of Berlin and he was runner-up in the Grand Prix of Leeuwarden under Jos Lansink. Voltaire is the father of more than 50 approved sons, as well as many Grand Prix-jumpers like Finesse, Altaire, Kahlua, Play It Again, Helios, Electro, Kannan and Especial.

Humberto Ask is the first foal out of the 9-year-old mare Iza van Seven Oaks, who competed up to 140 cm-classes on international level herself, and also his mother's mother was successful in international 150 cm-classes

Humberto Ask was runner-up in the Dutch stallion test, and at the approval of the Danish Warmblood he received the following notes: 8 - 7 - 8 - 8 - 7 - 7.
